It’s 4:07 AM, and I’m craving Mexican food, so please pardon the title of this post. This yellow trench coat is one of my new favorite pieces of clothing, as I’ve been trying to incorporate more colors into my wardrobe (and diet, apparently). It’s super lightweight, but pairs well with cozy sweaters, so it’s perfect for the warmer winter months. I rarely wear white on white, but I think the key is to have a pop of color, and to wear neutral-colored shoes. Speaking of which, these booties may be 5.5 inches tall, but they are surprisingly comfortable to walk in because of the high platform.

Wow, did I just get through this whole post without quoting Coldplay? What a thing to have done…
